The name
Urban Renewal – Bettering Neighborhood Impact

Urbni is a mission-driven nonprofit, headquartered in New Providence, New Jersey, dedicated to transforming neglected properties into housing that restores hope, dignity, and opportunity. We specialize in acquiring and revitalizing vacant, tax-delinquent, and abandoned real estate — turning forgotten spaces into affordable homes for the people who need them most.

Our work is rooted in the idea that housing should be human-centered. Behind every boarded-up window is a chance to create stability for a veteran, a second chance for someone in recovery, a fresh start for an individual facing homelessness, or a safe, accessible home for a senior. We don’t just renovate structures — we help rebuild lives, families, and neighborhoods.
