Urbni is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on revitalizing underserved neighborhoods through the power of housing. We acquire vacant, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties and give them new purpose — transforming them into affordable housing like veteran homes, sober living spaces, transitional housing, and senior homes.

Revitalization is about more than renovating buildings. Every project is rooted in the needs of the community it serves, combining community engagement, sustainable development, and compassionate care to bring stability, dignity, and opportunity to the people who need it most.
